After Identifying The Problem:

If you discover suspect mold or bacteria growing in one place of your home or work, there is a good chance mold or bacteria is growing in other places throughout that environment. A simple way to think about it is toxic mold or bacteria will travel similarly to dust particles, therefor anywhere dust can go mold and bacteria can go. When dealing with remediation it’s important to treat the entire environment in order to prevent recontamination from other areas.

Identifying Problem

Leaving an environment untreated increases the risk of cross contamination into other rooms. The HVAC system is one of the biggest culprits when it comes to spreading mold or bacteria growth throughout environments. So we suggest treating the entire system if possible.

There is a common misconception that bleach kills mold. When you apply bleach to a colony of mold spores it will wash out the color of the spore but not damage the spore itself. The majority of mold spores are chlorine resistant making them immune to things like bleach. The only way to be sure to kill mold is to use a product with an anti-fungal anti-microbial element.
